What ClinicOS is

ClinicOS is the operating system for an aesthetics clinic: the place a clinic runs its bookings, takes deposits and payments, sends reminders, and keeps treatment records, consents and documents in order. Patients meet it through the clinic's booking page, the booking widget on the clinic's own website, and the patient portal where they see their appointments.

Who it is for

For clinics, ClinicOS replaces the patchwork of diaries, spreadsheets and paper forms. Online booking that prevents double-booking, deposits and saved cards through Stripe, automated reminders by email and by WhatsApp with SMS fallback, custom forms and consents, treatment records, invoicing, credential tracking for your team, and support when you need it. It suits a single practitioner as well as a clinic with several locations and a multi-role team.

For patients, it is the simple way to book: see what a clinic offers, pick a time that genuinely exists in the clinic's diary, pay a deposit if one is asked for, and get a reminder before you arrive. There is no account to create just to book, and the patient portal is there when you want to see your bookings in one place.

Our approach

Calm software. Clinics are busy places. We build screens that stay out of the way, use plain language, and do not interrupt you without a reason.

UK data residency. ClinicOS is UK-based and hosted in AWS London (eu-west-2). Patient and clinic data stays there.

GDPR by default. Consent is collected before treatment, not after. Subject access export and erasure are built into the platform, so a clinic can answer a patient's request without a scramble.

What is coming

A patient-facing clinic directory, where people can find and compare clinics on ClinicOS, is on the way. Clinics on the platform will be listed in it when it opens, with the choice to opt out. Until then this site is for clinics, and a clinic's patients book through the clinic's own pages.
