These Terms of Use apply to visitors of the ClinicOS website and to patients who book with a clinic that uses the ClinicOS platform. By using this site you accept them. If you run a clinic on the ClinicOS platform, the Terms of Service govern that relationship instead.

1. What this website is

This site describes the ClinicOS platform and, when the clinic directory is open, lists aesthetics clinics that use it so you can find a clinic, see what it offers, and book online. The information shown about each clinic, including its services, prices, photos, opening hours and descriptions, is provided by the clinic itself and is presented for information. Details can change, so check anything important with the clinic before you rely on it.

2. Clinics are independent businesses

Every clinic on this site is an independent business. Each clinic is solely responsible for the services it provides, its pricing, its staff and their qualifications, and its compliance with the laws and regulators that apply to it. A listing on this site is not an endorsement, recommendation or verification of a clinic by ClinicOS.

3. Bookings

When you book through this site, a clinic's booking page or the booking widget, your contract for the appointment and any treatment is with the clinic, not with ClinicOS. Deposits and payments you make when booking are processed by Stripe and taken on the clinic's behalf. Cancellation, refund and no-show policies are set by the clinic; contact the clinic directly with any question about an appointment. Their details are in your confirmation email.

4. Reviews

Reviews shown on this site are sourced from Google, and each clinic chooses which of its Google reviews to display. Reviews are the opinions of their authors: ClinicOS does not write them and cannot verify each one. The Google rating shown for a clinic comes from Google's own data for that clinic's locations.

5. No medical advice

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Descriptions of treatments and services are general information only. Whether a treatment is suitable for you is a question for a qualified practitioner who has assessed you; always consult one before going ahead.

6. Acceptable use of the site

When using this site you must not:

• use it for any unlawful purpose;
• make bookings you do not intend to keep, or provide false details when booking;
• interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or place unreasonable load on it;
• scrape, harvest or republish the site's content at scale without our written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The design, software and original content of this site belong to ClinicOS Ltd or its licensors. Clinic names, descriptions, logos and photos belong to the clinics concerned. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use; any other use needs permission.

8. Changes

We may update this site and these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date shown at the top. If you use the site after a change, the updated terms apply.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, although nothing removes any protection you have as a consumer under the law of the place where you live.
