1. Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to find and book a clinic on this site, whatever technology they use to browse. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA on this website, and we build with that target from the start rather than auditing it in later.

2. What that looks like here

• Semantic HTML: pages use real headings, lists, landmarks and labels, so screen readers can navigate by structure.
• Keyboard navigation: everything you can do with a pointer, you can do with a keyboard, and the focus order follows the page.
• Visible focus: the element you have keyboard focus on is always clearly marked, including on dark backgrounds.
• Sufficient contrast: text and interface colours are chosen to meet AA contrast ratios.
• Reduced motion: the site keeps animation modest, and respects your operating system's reduced-motion preference.

3. Known limitations

Clinic and team photographs are supplied by the clinics themselves, and the platform does not yet collect a written description for each image. Where an image carries information of its own, such as the main photograph on a clinic profile, we give it a short description. Images whose meaning is already carried by the text beside them, such as card thumbnails, logos and team portraits, are marked as decorative so screen readers move past them rather than announcing an unlabelled image.
