Clinic support

If your clinic runs on ClinicOS and something needs attention, email support@clinicos-dev.com.

The fastest response comes from inside the platform: if you are signed in to the Clinician Portal, raise a support ticket in-app. Tickets reach the team with your clinic already attached, so nobody has to ask who you are before helping.

Questions about a booking

If you are a patient with a question about an appointment, the right people to ask are your clinic. Your confirmation email has their contact details, and they can see your booking straight away. ClinicOS provides the software, but your appointment is with the clinic.
